As newcomers to Zurich, we were able to see for ourselves just how much Zurich actually has to offer. The city on the water combines city life with nature. It offers an incredibly diverse, young and vibrant culture. There's always something going on. At the same time, there are many green retreats just around the corner where you can quickly escape from the hustle and bustle.

The vibrant, young Zurich-West
"From industrial quarter to trendy neighbourhood: The district in the west of Zurich is full of contrasts and captivates with its unpolished charm" – this is how the people of Zurich describe their Zurich-West. We think that's absolutely true! For us, the city does not follow a rigid concept. And that is exactly what makes it so charming. We really enjoyed the graffiti, historical cultural sites, modern and alternative gastronomy, colourful festival-like areas, green retreats and, above all, the many bicycles in between.
